In 1996, Marc Rosenberg founded The Rosenberg Asociates focused on helping small to mid sized CPA firms be more effective. Marc was the founder of The Rosenberg Survey, several Chicago-based roundtables and has written over 16 practice management books.

In 2011, Kristen Rampe founded Rampe Consulting with an emphasis on leadership development and client-service improvements for similar sized firms. In 2016, we began working together on practice management projects and publications. We officially joined consulting practices in 2022 to blend the best of what we were already doing with a vision toward the future needs of CPA firm practice management.
