Kristen Rampe Consulting Becomes Rampe Consulting

Oct 29, 2019—After eight years serving CPA and professional service firms, Kristen Rampe Consulting is adding a new partner and changing its name to Rampe Consulting effective immediately.

Joining the firm is Matt Rampe, ACC, CPCC, ASA. Matt brings more than 12 years of experience working for large public accounting firms. His financial specialties include business valuation, litigation support and succession planning. 

Matt has also developed a niche in the areas of whole firm change management, leadership development and coaching. He’s been coaching since 2013 and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Matt is also trained in appreciative inquiry by the Flourishing Leadership Institute.

“We’re experiencing incredible growth, and as we looked to expand the team and considered what our accounting-industry clients need to find success in their practices, Matt was an ideal candidate,” said Kristen Rampe, CPA and founder of Rampe Consulting. The firm, started by Kristen in 2011, focuses on elevating CPA firms through practice management, leadership development and coaching.

“Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the area of developing partner harmony. From years in valuation and litigation cases, he knows what makes partnerships work well, and also what can lead to spectacular failures. We’re thrilled to expand our capabilities and serve more clients with through our high-quality consulting, coaching, advising, and leadership development programs.” 

Prior to joining Rampe Consulting, Matt was senior manager with Beene Garter working in the Forensic, Valuation & Litigation Services Group.
