Career Pathways & Path to Partner

We work with partners on defining career pathways within their firm that helps outline options your team members have for career development, promotions, and alternative paths that work for your organization. Our Path to Partner program involves developing a general timeline for promotions to each level and expectations for each level to provide a clear guide to current and future employees on what it takes to be a highly-valued team member and potential partner at your firm.

Role or Level Descriptions

Writing job descriptions can be a burdensome task for many firm leaders. We work with firm leaders to define level-based competencies (what you need your team to do) then create thoughtful, relevant job descriptions for all levels at your firm. Role descriptions provide clarity to employees and partners, with everyone on the same page, achieving your firm’s overall strategic goals is noticeably easier.

Training Curriculum Development & Design

We work with firms to build out a leadership development training program for various departments and levels at your firm. Our training content is non-technical and includes topics ranging from Executive Presence, Delegation, Time Management, Train the Trainer, Delivering Feedback and much more. Performance Management Design

We work with firms to help design and build performance management systems. Our service includes helping firms determine an optimal frequency of review cycles, designing performance criteria for levels within your firm and training employees (and partners when warranted) on how to write and deliver feedback.

Upward Feedback Facilitation

We work with firms to co-design a question set that will capture the most relevant feedback on your management professionals. Our service includes working with partners and managers to introduce them to the upward feedback program; administering upward feedback surveys as an independent third party; and providing a high-level summary of themes observed throughout the process.
