Influential Women Partners Roundtable

Our Influential Women Partners roundtable fosters a community for growth, learning, and networking among passionate and influential women leaders in public accounting. We act to support the continued advancement of women at all levels in our industry.

This roundtable is designed for experienced, influential women partners who want:
  • Candid, high‑trust peer conversations with other women partners who influence and lead in CPA firms
  • Practical, firm‑tested ideas you can implement immediately
  • A trusted space to sharpen influence, judgment, and executive presence—while also strengthening pathways for developing younger women leaders
  • Relationships with other women partners who understand the professional and personal pressures of leadership
  • To make a difference today and into the future

Our members are women making a difference in their firms and paving the way for others to follow. No drifters, no silent-types, no complainers, just the powerhouse women who want to invest in their own development as well as that of other women in the profession.

All meetings are from 1:00-3:00 p.m. ET via Zoom (unless otherwise noted). If you’d like to be considered for our inaugural group, email kristen@rosenbergassoc.com, or fill out our interest form.
